Vera Wang's New Boutique In Soho

Vera Wang opened her first NY boutique in 19 years last Thursday in Soho! I'm so excited to check it out the next time I'm in The City. I love how the boutique will carry her high-end Vera Wang Collection and her lower-priced, contemporary line,  Lavender, all under the same roof. Isn't that the way modern woman dress today anyway - mixing designer with high street? It's not uncommon to see celebrities wearing $900 Christian Louboutin pumps with a $60 scarf from H&M. Vera said it best herself, "Whether a dress is $300 or $1000, why not? It's the same taste, it's the same thinking." It's so nice to see this shift away from retail snobbery.
