A big thank you to Coeli for telling me
about this wonderful home in Portsea,
Mornington Penninsula, bout an hour from Melbourne.

I often find homes in areas like Portsea,
despite being very exy, and having lovely gardens,
lack style and taste indoors.
I can't work out why really, surely they
can afford to keep their interiors lovely and up to date!
Obviously not always!
But this home is lovely inside and even better outside...

I think that burgandy set off that neutral grey/taupe is gorgeous!

Paul Bangay is a local landscaper, gardener,
who does very well for himself.
He has his own blog here.

And here's the Master Plan!
AND here's what the Agent said about it!

'Olivebank'
Of unique design and classic proportions this substantial north facing Mediterranean influenced Portsea residence situated in a secluded position with an abundance of natural light and total privacy with ample parking. This house is sited around a sheltered central courtyard and elegantly designed flood lit garden and pool by Paul Bangay.

WOW
