this Moonee Ponds home is a beautiful
renovation and restoration of a heritage home.

The redbrick you can see is the original house,
and the grey part behind is all new!

Dark ceilings, lotsa marble, very white,
very European feel to me, which I don't hate,
but it's too strong a statement for me to live in day-to-day.

This feels very masculine to me, but i like it.

I really love these glossy black floor boards.

What a gorgeous corridor, it's actually the WIR to the master,
and it leads down to the loo! WOW!!

I personally never feel good about a bathroom or ensuite
with the loo in the room, specially in an exy home where money
could have dictated a separate room.

What a WOW garage!
curtains and all...

Beautiful exterior choices,
successfully mixing old with new.

AND here's the Master Plan!

AND here's what the Agent said about it!
