I;m not a huge fan of warehouse conversions, because people don't decorate them well with the huge spaces, but this residence caught my eye which is currently on the market looking for the Low $2 Million Mark...

This is a quite an elegant residence, even the balustrades are elegant (dark timber stain!)

There's no denying it, timber floors can really take a decor to a new level.

All things considered, if I had to live in a warehouse conversion, this one would be awesome with it's own huge atrium
(indoor/outdoor entertaining area)!

AND here's the Master Plan.
AND What did the agent say?

Nothing Else Comes Close

4 bedroom apartment for sale in fremantle

Enjoy a slice of the extraordinary with this striking inner city conversion. This capacious, converted warehouse apartment unites unique and contemporary design elements, enhancing the soul of its historic past.

Originally built as a stable block in 1896, the property was then used as a warehouse before being split into just two, dual storey apartments.

The ground floor accommodates two spacious bedrooms, both serviced by the freshly rejuvenated bathroom. Also on this floor, a generous library and study area offer a cosy space to tuck yourself away and enjoy a good book while you savour the delights of the adjacent, custom built wine cellar - a connoisseur's paradise.

A stairwell on both the North and South sides wind up to the central living zone where light and elevation create a heavenly space. Here the open plan design comfortably incorporates the kitchen, formal and informal dining areas.

The five star kitchen, remodelled just one year ago, features stunning stone benchtops and an extra wide, five burner Omega oven and stove. With everything in its place and ample work space, you will revel in this chef's utopia, where cooking becomes an art form.

The master suite with dressing room and ensuite leads out to the impressive loft style area, which is light, bright and expansive.

Boasting masses of storage space, including an outdoor shed, the scope to build a third level loft bedroom and council approval for a balcony, you can enjoy this space as is or flex your own design flair.

Located in the eclectic hub of the bustling West End, you will enjoy the bubbling mix of flavours and culture this area so richly affords. A truly remarkable find.
