The Age wrote an article that caught my eye about this home.
Apparently the owner made a movie
(costing him $200,000) showcasing his home in Portsea
in order to attract a buyer willing to part with $20 Million to buy it.

So I thought to myself,
I need a closer look at this home worthy of a $200K home movie!
and here tis.

that's a lodda lawn!

Atop Portsea's cliff top,
this 1920's Spanish Mission style residence
was designed for a Texas oil baron.

Portsea is on the tip of our Mornington Peninsula,
it is regarded as the most exy beach homes,
very large, gorgeous, grande, such a lovely place to visit too!

This home also has it's own website.

I could swear that is a trampoline pad above left!
that's kool!

Grass tennis court, rare, but lovely!

Those beach boxes above sell for over $100,000 each in Portsea,
and I think it's money well spent considering it's just big
enough to put a surf board and towels in it!!!

Ilyuka, an aboriginal word meaning "by the sea".

Wonderful place to be (or us peasants visit) in summer!
AND here's the Master Plan!

AND here's what the Agent said about it!

ILYUKA
One of Australia's most significant properties, Ilyuka evokes a sense of history, elegance and timeless sophistication. Holding the premier location atop Portsea's coveted cliff top, this iconic 1920's Spanish Mission style residence was designed for a Texas oil baron to capture the grandeur and elegance of Hollywood in its golden era.
Since then Ilyuka, an aboriginal word meaning "by the sea", has earned its place as one of Australia's most revered estates and a genuine world class destination.
Superbly restored and renovated under its current owner, the house now offers the very finest in modern family living with an outstanding collection of beautifully proportioned living, dining and entertaining rooms, designed with a captivating perspective across the stunning grounds of almost 2 acres and onto the sea. With 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, Ilyuka is able to accommodate on the largest scale. Included amongst the roll call of outstanding features are a full-sized grass tennis court, basement cellar, sweeping driveway, private steps to exclusive Point King beach and access to a private jetty.
