Thakoon Panichgul is the hot new designer who has been popping up everywhere lately (think Michelle Obama at the Democratic National Convention). The Thai born, American raised Thakoon debuted his first women's ware collection in 2004 at age 29 and has been a force to reckon with ever since. Reminiscent of his Eastern heritage, Thakoon's label favors bold patterns of nature and billowy organza dresses, filtered through an urban lens.
And now you can buy something from the designer that won't set your wallet back more than $20 -$70 (post Holidays that sounds really good). Thakoon is the newest designer for Target's Go International Series. The limited time collection for Target hit stores Christmas day, and the stuff is really gorgeous.
