This is a very grand home, high ceilings,ornate (likely original) architectural features like cornices.
Hardly a modern area, obviously a 70's sunroom add on,but still charming in the context of the home.
Tho, i'm no fan of swags, even in a home like this!
And of course, swimming and tennis!
