This is a John Wardle (architect) property,
and although quite modern
(which I'm not a fan of much)
I did like the colours & patterns
used throughout this home.

Isn't this lovely...
Must be that rug.

Too modern out here for me personally,
but I'd like to visit a friend who lives in a home like this!

Floorboards in a bathroom,
you don't see that much these days.

I think they've put this timber decor
up over the exterior to modernise it.
Makes sense considering how "modern"
the interiors are.

Master Plan!
AND here's what the Agent said about it!

Unmistakably A John Wardle Masterwork
Spectacularly sophisticated yet entirely family friendly, this unforgettable South Yarra residence reveals all the hallmarks of architect John Wardle's distinctive approach to architecture and design. Refined entertaining areas relate beautifully to elegantly landscaped outdoor dimensions. Equally impressive family living and dining domains lead to a seductive swimming pool and paved surrounds. In between, a contemporary kitchen matches form to function with conspicuous success. Integrated desks, a children's library ladder, paper roller and crayon container reflect an emphasis on whole family enjoyment which is a Wardle signature. Three downstairs bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom occupy a wing of their own. Upstairs, a superb main suite features study retreat, walk-in robes, sublime bathroom and terrace overlooking the pool. Enviably located - dine on Chapel Street, walk through Como Park, or stroll to the desirable Toorak Village. A true lifestyle decision you will enjoy for years to come, complemented by off street parking, this home is fabulous, from big picture concepts down to the most intricate designer detail.

WOW
