Happy Friday Off!

Like most Americans, I have the day off in honor of Independence Day weekend. What a treat! I plan to enjoy my day with a little shopping, a long run by the lake, and a sushi dinner and drinks in the city with some friends (Happy Birthday M!). But first, back to making that big pancake breakfast with mimosas I started...
