Kelly Green

How refreshing and cheerful! Like freshly cut green grass...I find that the iconic kelly green is such a beautiful, classic color. It's a wonderful additive color that will instantly freshen up a room and give it a bright look for spring. Even adding a single, plush pillow or vase can do wonders. One of my favorite ways to achieve this look is with a crisp white or dark, modern plate with green apples or pears lined up...it promotes healthy eating and looks pretty chic, too!

I also love a solid black and white outfit with a hit of green in footwear or with a clutch. Think classic and timeless, like Kate Spade or Banana Republic. Beware: green is fiercely bold and attention grabbing! It may even force a few smiles. /video via Kate Spade/image link
