By the Seashore...

Hope your weekend was swell! I have been enjoying the sunshine as of late and crossing my fingers that we won't have to endure any more snow for at least another eight months. When spring approaches, I'm somehow always drawn to the beach. Perhaps it is the association with relaxation, fresh, white beach houses with charming picket fences, and the divine mixture of sand at my feet and sun on my shoulders. There's something so magical about it. The water, its folds and its power, and the breezy oceanic scent...I long for a day at the beach, just walking through the sand, ice cream in hand. We have some stunning beaches close by which I visit quite often this time of year, but in my dreams, perhaps Capri, Italy...
